Privacy Policy
How Tensaw Management Company collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Statement of Privacy applies to tensawmanagement.com and Tensaw Management Company and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Tensaw Management Company include tensawmanagement.com. The Tensaw Management Company website is a business website promoting the third-party self-storage management services of Tensaw Management Company. By using the Tensaw Management Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may choose to provide certain personal information to us when you: (a) submit a property review request or other inquiry through this website; (b) send us an email message; or (c) contact us by telephone or in writing about our management services.
How our inquiry form works. The property review form on this website is hosted and processed by LeadConnector (HighLevel), a third-party customer relationship management provider that we use to receive and manage inquiries. The form is embedded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. When you submit it, the information you entered — such as your name, email address, telephone number, facility details, and message — is transmitted to and stored by LeadConnector on our behalf, and we access it there to respond to you. LeadConnector acts as our service provider and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes. The form may also set cookies in your browser; see Use of Cookies below.
We will use the information you provide for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to the management services you have inquired about, evaluating a potential engagement, and responding to your questions. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Tensaw Management Company does not sell, rent or lease its customer or prospect lists to third parties.
Tensaw Management Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, or provide support in connection with our services. We currently use LeadConnector (HighLevel) to host our inquiry form and to store and manage the inquiries we receive. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Tensaw Management Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Tensaw Management Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Tensaw Management Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Tensaw Management Company; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Tensaw Management Company, or the public.
Confidentiality of Owner and Facility Information
If you contact us about a facility you own or operate, the information you share with us about that property — including occupancy, rate, revenue, expense, and other operating data — is treated as confidential and is used solely to evaluate and discuss a potential management engagement. We do not disclose that information to other facility owners, and we do not publish it. Any ongoing management engagement is governed by a separate written management agreement, which sets out the confidentiality obligations that apply to that engagement.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Tensaw Management Company. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Tensaw Management Company website.
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Cookies may, however, be set by the embedded property review form, which is served by LeadConnector (HighLevel) from api.leadconnectorhq.com and link.msgsndr.com. That form is configured to request cookie consent where required, and the cookies it uses support form functionality and attribution of your inquiry.
The site also loads styling, font, and image assets from third-party providers — including Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com), Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and Google-hosted image content (lh3.googleusercontent.com). Those providers receive your IP address and browser information as a normal part of serving those files, and their own privacy policies govern that data. Should we add analytics or advertising technology to this website in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the websites you visit.
